Deluge and Frostbite

...Heatwave, as one of the many officially recognized hero of Bedlam City and Bolt's ally, has his own share of nemesis. Aside from his cousin hero-turned-naughty-villain Wildfire, Heatwave is facing a great threat - make it two great threats - from the twin supervillains Deluge and Frostbite.

Both appear together almost all the time, and one operates more effectively when the other is around. They address each other endearingly with the word "brother". In one caper, they froze the city dam leaving the city powerless and waterless until Heatwave came along.

Deluge dominates the heroes with his control over water, manipulating viscosity and volume. Frostbite tops the heroes with his ice powers, relying on his twin brother for a boost in strength. They each can create a body armor that may act as a beastly golem - Deluge's being gelatinous and easily get the hero stuck, while Frostbite's is tougher and nearly impenetrable.

As you may observe, the twins are bent on domination. Initial research into their mysterious origins suggest that they may have been the lost business magnate twins whose companies have since split in their disappearance. Other theories include missing boys who ran off to the winter lakes in a heated fling never to be found again...

Note: After months of planning and designing, here we are revealing Deluge and Frostbite to everyone. Both of them are created with with the idea of an ice and water-controlling twins with a very affectionate feeling towards each other. Deluge is based around a surfer boy look with his messy wavy hair, tanned skin and wetsuit. Frostbite is one obsessed with keeping warm by stealing other people's warmth and is obsessed with medieval fantasy - making up kingdoms and fortress with his ice soldiers and golems guarding them. I used a texture brush to create the effect on Frostbite's gloves and leggings and Deluge's hair.
